Looking for free things to do in Phoenix, Glendale, and Scottsdale? Your next Arizona outing might cost less than you think. Some of the Valley’s favorite gardens, museums, and cultural attractions can be visited with a free library Culture Pass!
Through Act One’s Culture Pass program, participating Arizona libraries let eligible cardholders check out a pass for free general admission for two people at a participating venue. The passes are limited, so it pays to check before planning your trip.
